Evans Construction is a Sacramento based General Contractor with 40+ years of proven experience working with Home & Business Owners, Architects, Engineers, Developers and other Contractors. In the early 2000's we shifted away from wood-frame construction and adopted a newer system utilizing Insulated Concrete Forms. Few Northern California based firms can boast the years of experience we posses with this superior type of building material.

Mike Evans - Owner/President
After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Construction Management, Mike Evans started Evans Construction in 1980. With now over 40 years experience, Mike is still actively involved in every project. He diligently works with and listens to his client's ideas & needs and assists in all aspects of decision making related to the development, design and construction process. Providing a high-level of expertise Mike maintains a cooperative partnership with his clients throughout the design-build process and enjoys helping his clients realize outcomes that exceed their expectations.
